KINDERGARTEN AND PREK COUNTS REGISTRATION
Johnsonburg Area School District will be holding Kindergarten and Pre-K Counts registration for the 2020-21 school year on Wednesday,
February 19, 2020, between the hours of 8:30-11:30 a.m., and 12:00-2:00 p.m., at the Elementary School. Children who are legal residents of the Johnsonburg Area School District and will have attained the age of five (5) on or before August 1, 2020, may register for kindergarten. A parent/guardian is asked to bring their child’s birth certificate, social security card, immunization record, and proof of residence to this session. Registration is not complete until all paperwork and proof of age and residence are presented.
Children registering for Pre-K Counts must reach the age of four (4) by October 1, 2020, and meet the requirements set forth by the PA
Pre-K Counts Grant. There is no cost for this program; breakfast, lunch, and transportation are included. A parent/guardian is asked to bring their child’s birth certificate, social security card, immunization record, and income verification for each person in the household.
